Secret policeman Richard Lennox has brought in street urchin Elis Ataxxx. He's trying to get the goods on a gangster and he thinks this twink has the goods on him. Elis isn't talking. That is, until Richard uses his tried and true interrogation technique. He starts licking Elis' neck with his full tongue, leaving slimy trails of spit all over it. "No! Stop! I'll tell you anything you want!" Elis cries. He gives Richard a little bit of information, but the agent can tell he's lying. That's when he decides to start getting rough with Elis' neck...
